MeteoX is operated by MeteoX Trade, Zurich, Switzerland. These Terms govern access to the MeteoX website and simulation platform.

2. Simulation-only service
MeteoX provides weather-market research, forecasts and hypothetical simulations. The launch product is simulation-only. It does not submit external orders, execute real-money trades, place real-money Polymarket orders, request wallet private keys or provide custody services.
3. No investment or financial advice
MeteoX content is informational and educational. Forecasts, model outputs and simulated results can be wrong. They are not investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, a guarantee of future performance or an invitation to trade.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use the service lawfully. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass plan limits, interference with the service and unauthorized access are prohibited. The minimum user age is 18.
5. Service availability
Features may change over time. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or reliability reasons. Users should not rely on MeteoX as their only source of information.
6. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
The Pro price is USD 24.90/month. The pricing page and Stripe Checkout flow display the applicable price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the account billing portal. 10 Payments for MeteoX subscriptions are non-refundable because access activates immediately and MeteoX incurs substantial AI-model, GPU-compute and infrastructure costs when the service is used. This policy applies except where a refund, withdrawal right or other remedy is required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The MeteoX platform, branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant MeteoX the limited rights needed to process that content to operate the service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MeteoX is provided without guarantees regarding forecast accuracy, availability or simulated outcomes. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Switzerland law. The designated jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory law. Support: support@meteox.trade
